Job’s Daughters encourages its members to give back to their community and to organizations serving our communities. Our organization’s official philanthropic (or charitable) cause is the Hearing Improvement Kid’s Endowment Fund or the HIKE Fund. This organization provides assistive hearing devices to children up to the age of twenty. To learn more go to www.thehikefund.org.
Each year our state leaders also take action and adopt a charity.
Organizations that we have supported include:

- Make a Wish Foundation
- The Fisher House
- Shriner’s Hospitals for Children
Our local groups, or Bethels, support these organizations and adopt organizations to support as well. Members volunteer at food banks and retirement centers, collect supplies to donate to homeless shelters, and fundraise to support organizations with monetary donations.
